Bike and Build is Here!
Trinity United Methodist Church is pleased to be hosting the Bike and Build South Carolina to Santa Cruz (SC2SC) team from May 19-25.  This 28-member team of 18- to 26-year olds will cycle over 4,100 miles from Charleston to Santa Cruz, California.  They'll build affordable housing along the way.  To learn more about Bike and Build, go to www.bikeandbuild.org.

Spring Concerts/Music at Trinity

Piccolo Spoleto "Spotlight Concert" - Friday, May 24, 3:00 p.m.  Come hear the Orlando Chamber Soloists' lush interpretations of romantic favorites, including Seven Scottish Airs, String Quartet #2, and Fantasy for Violin and Harp.  This is the Spotlight Chamber Music Series' opening concert!  Adults: $16, Students/seniors: $11. Belmont United Methodist Church Youth Choir, in worship, Sunday, June 2, 11:15 a.m.  We're pleased to have this Nashville youth choir sing with Trinity's choir during our worship service.  Free. 

Piccolo Spoleto "Spotlight Concert" - Monday, June 3, 6:00 p.m. 
Principal Charleston Symphony Orchestra flutist Jessica Hull-Dambaugh joins with Los Angeles-based harpist Jacqueline Marshall to perform works by Mozart, Hovhaness, Damase, Young, and Caliendo. Piccolo Spoleto "Spotlight Concert" - Wednesday, June 5, 6:00 p.m.  Southeast-based Conundrum performs chamber music with a twist! Its unconventional timbre of soprano, flute, clarinet, and piano combines with a fresh approach to performing. A muse for composers, Conundrum has expanded the chamber music repertoire for composers and will present works written for them.

Bring Your Lunch Wednesdays  11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
Ansonborough residents, downtown business folks, and anyone who'd like, do you want to get out of the office or your house and have a nice lunch in our peaceful Carroll Building?  Anytime between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., bring your lunch and walk, bike, or drive on over to the Carroll Building at 273 Meeting Street. We'll share lunch and conversation together.
